I've never been one to pick up the SH Figuarts figures, but I'm really starting to get the itch for this one. I wonder how easy it'll be to buy these in the US. And what the pricetag will look like...

The US Tamashii accounts messaged about Kinnikuman and the new ring corner stage so they should be standard preorders available all the regular places SHF are sold stateside. I’d guess around $60 but hard to tell until we know more.

I'm pumped about this. I figured that Bandai was going to re-release the Neo Body Kinnikuman. There were some nitpicky things about it that I didn't like (but I still got them! :D ) This new design from the looks of things solves the problem that I had with the previous versions. (ok ok it was the fact that there weren't bicep swivel joints on the previous design---terrible I know  ).

There is supposed to be an exhibition for the 45th anniversary for Kinnikuman happening this weekend. I wonder if they are going to show more new figures from the Perfect Chojin Arc? That would be sweet if they did!

Here's hoping the BigBadToyStore will eventually have it for pre-order like they did with the previous releases.

ikr? I’m kinda picky about articulation and am glad that the newer version of the Kinnikuman body has them

Here is the blog about the development of the 2025 version compared to the 2017 version. Awesome stuff. You can see that he has multiple mouths and 4 different eyes sets. They mentioned the size and range of articulation as well.

I’m pumped for it!

Them dumping the fighting body, and just using a new body is a huge improvement. The real question is going to be how many retools will they do? I don't mind the fighting body for most of the previous releases, save for Soldier. The tolerances on mine are all messed up, with one of his arms not being able to move up all the way because of the gap not being wide enough.
Who am I kidding, I will probably rebuy Warsman, and Great.

Obviously they did, but I prefer and highly recommend eKnightmedia for these sorts of purchases. https://www.eknightm...ii-nations.html

It is definitely cheaper at eKnightmedia if you’re going to pay it all upfront. It would be the wise decision. I like that BBTS has Sezzle. It can still get the figure with 4 affordable payments at no interest too. I just pay the initial payment first when the figure is ready/in stock and then make subsequent 3 payments every 2 weeks. It works out with my budget that way.

I can vouch that the payment plan with Sezzle works because I purchased some Savage Crucible figures and had 4 payments of 15 bucks and got the figures

Other than the fact that Kinnikuman has a non-refundable deposit (I get it, he’s not quite mainstream), that eKnight doesn’t charge until the item’s in-stock and shipping is my preference but BBTS certainly isn’t a wrong option.

I was checking eKnight like you mentioned Baltan. It’s a pretty cool site. I like that they sell retro games, YuGi Oh Cards and clothes. Even hentai stuff lol.

Neato!

I also forgot to mention that after the initial quarter payment on BBTS with Sezzle, they ship the item and then you make the remaining payments afterwards.
